In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and engaging content for various mediums such as blogs, whitepapers, case studies, product documentation, website copy, and marketing materials—focusing on topics around AI, software engineering, and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality, engaging, and technically accurate content on topics such as AI, data science, software engineering, and emerging technologies.
- Develop and maintain technical documents, whitepapers, blogs, case studies, and product guides.
- Collaborate with AI engineers, product managers, and developers to gather technical information and translate it into user-friendly content.
- Write compelling marketing copy for websites, social media, product brochures, and email campaigns.
- Ensure content aligns with the company’s tone, style, and branding guidelines.
- Research industry trends to generate new content ideas and thought leadership pieces.
- Edit and proofread technical content to ensure clarity, grammar, and consistency.
- Optimize content for SEO where applicable.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Technical Content Writer or similar role in the tech industry.
- Strong grasp of technology concepts, especially related to software engineering, AI, machine learning, or data science.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
