Talent Acquisition Specialist

Techvantage Analytics is a fast-growing AI services and product engineering company specializing in Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI-based solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2-4 years of experience in the recruitment domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent, preferably in the data science or technology sector. This role is critical in ensuring the continued growth and success of our organization by building a strong talent pipeline and fostering a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates across various roles.

Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Collaboration:

Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and desired candidate profiles.

Provide consultative guidance on market trends, talent availability, and hiring strategies.

Candidate Experience:

Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged.

Employer Branding:

Promote the company's employer brand by creating compelling job postings and representing the organization at recruitment events.

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop talent attraction campaigns.

Data-Driven Recruitment:

Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive hiring efficiency.

Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate data.

Focus on Niche Roles:

Leverage domain knowledge to identify and attract candidates with expertise in data science, AI, or technology-related fields (preferred).

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and labor laws.

Prepare and maintain necessary documentation for hiring processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a technology or data science company.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using ATS tools and recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.

Ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines effectively.

Experience in hiring for data science, analytics, or technology roles.

Knowledge of industry trends and talent landscape in the data science domain.
