Joining as a Trainee software engineer (AI), I’ve had the opportunity to dive into the world of AI and machine learning. The challenge of applying these technologies to real-world problems has been incredibly rewarding. I’m currently working on an AI-driven insurance-based project, where I can see the direct impact of my contributions on streamlining decision-making processes. This project has helped me grow by strengthening my problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills, as I work with cross-functional teams to tackle complex issues. What excites me most is how every project helps me grow as both a professional and an individual, shaping my journey and keeping me motivated to learn and innovate.

It's been five years now; I started off my journey as an analyst, stepping into a world of opportunities. I have had a wonderful experience working at Techvantage. Having started as a fresher, it was hugely encouraging to see that I was entrusted with challenging responsibilities early on.
