The client needed a system to extract critical information from business artefacts and hospital documents provided in various formats. An AI solution was implemented featuring an OCR component to extract relevant data from the documents and update the database based on client specifications. APIs were provided to enable seamless integration with the client’s existing web-based application. This integration allowed extracted data to flow directly into the claims processing module, while indexed documents were archived in structured folders for easy access and retrieval.
