Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain. The ideal candidate will not only be adept at gathering and analyzing business requirements but also possess the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging technical documentation and content for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Create process flow diagrams, BRDs, FSDs, and other project documentation.
- Liaise between stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support business strategy.
- Develop technical content including product documentation, user guides, release notes, knowledge base articles, and training material.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and product demos when required.
- Ensure compliance with BFSI domain-specific regulations and standards during requirement gathering and solution definition.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2+ years in the BFSI sector.
- Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven experience in writing technical content or documentation for software platforms.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Figma, or similar.
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with fintech platforms or digital banking solutions.
- Familiarity with APIs, data models, and integration flows.
- Exposure to UX/UI principles and wireframing tools.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or relevant domain certifications.
